Pathology
Steinert's myotonia
Steinert's myotonia, also known as type 1 myotonic dystrophy, is a rare genetic disorder that affects the muscles and several other systems in the body. This progressive condition is characterized by muscle weakness and difficulty relaxing the muscles after a contraction.
For Noah, this means facing daily challenges with his movements, mobility, and development. That is why specialized, personalized support is essential to help him make progress and become more independent.
Thanks to the support of two dedicated specialists, Noah receives tailored therapeutic care that helps him develop his abilities and overcome the challenges associated with his condition.
